Designer Groove
If you loved our Easycraft range, it’s time to meet the innovative new product that’s superseding it. Designer Groove is our newest offering for decorative ceiling and wall cladding. A triple threat, this collection provides quality, durability, and most importantly, adaptability.
What you need to know:

The collection is available in three distinct profiles: the luxury regency look (Regency 150), a classic V-joint (VJ100), and a bolder V-joint (VJ150).

Designer Groove is formaldehyde free and arrives primed for painting. Get your colour swatches ready!

It’s made from Ultra Moisture Resistant MDF making it a versatile, all-purpose product.

The panels are suitable for a range of wet and dry interior applications.

Weather Groove
For fans of our Shadowclad wall cladding, please welcome Weather Groove! Simple to install, easy to maintain and environmentally friendly, Weather Groove is a dynamic interior/exterior wall cladding product sourced and manufactured right here in Australia.

Weather Groove is 100% Australian made and owned

Weather Groove carries a long list of their environmental credentials and is 100% natural. Constructed from 97% natural, sustainable sourced timber and 3% natural wax, it contains no added glues, resins or formaldehydes.

Easy to install and maintain, Weather Groove is a lightweight range designed for single person install. It can be sawn or cut to size indoors with minimal sawdust.

The range comes with a 25 year warranty from the manufacturer (Forest One).
Offering a range of profiles spanning classic to modern, Weather Groove is the perfect choice for builders, architects and designers looking for beautiful, robust timber wall lining for any residential or commercial project.
White Polyester Plywood
Our White Polyester plywood is basic in all the right ways. It’s a simple, multi-use product best used for interior applications and something we’re sure will soon be a Plyco classic.
What you need to know:

It’s a composite made up of our first-class plywood sheet and then your choice of two finishes: a white gloss polyester finish and a white matte. Our standalone White Gloss Plywood has been absorbed into this range.

The white laminated plywood sheets are 2440 X 1220mm.

This white laminated plywood is one of our simpler product additions for the month, but it’s already a firm favourite for how dynamic it is. The gloss finish adds a bit of luxe but the matte is also wonderfully smooth and understated. It’s the Plyco plywood sheets you know and love with a clean, white finish that just doesn’t go out of style.
BC Falcata Plywood
BC Falcata Plywood is our latest lightweight plywood option to join the Plyco family. This is a product that plays well with others, whether you’re looking for an underlay for a decorative laminate or plywood sheets for your campervan project that won’t add too much weight.
What you need to know:

It’s a similar weight to our European Poplar Plywood but cheaper.

Because of how light it is, this plywood works excellently as a substrate for mobile home projects.

The Falcata Plywood is the perfect underlay for a decorative laminate.

The lightweight qualities of the BC Falcata Plywood are the real standout of the product. Birch plywood is often recommended for mobile home projects, but the BC Falcata Plywood is yet another great option to use as a substrate.
When topped with a laminate, you also have a decorative panel that can be used for commercial and residential projects, furniture, and ceiling linings. Combined with our Retro Laminates or Décor Laminates, the BC Falcata Plywood is a match made in heaven.
