Size is one of the most crucial aspects of any woodworking, architectural, or building project. Sure, finding the right aesthetic or a product with enough strength is important too, but if you don’t get your sizes spot-on your plans will come crumbling down like a house of cards. Luckily, you’ve come to the right place. At Plyco we’re all about making the Plywood process as fast and simple as possible. To maintain this ideal we have put together a good to our Plywood Veneer sizes. In this post, you’ll find everything you need to know about the dimensions of our veneers and hopefully spark some inspiration for your next design.
Our standard Plywood sheet size is 2400 x 1200mm. This is Plyco’s ol’ reliable and tends to be the perfect size for most jobs. Naturally, this means you can find every single veneered product in this size. We really wouldn’t be doing our job as the top Plywood store if we didn’t provide this! However, what about when you want something bigger, or a little less standard? Thankfully, we’ve also got your back when it comes to this.

The veneers we stock are extremely adaptable. This gives us a lot of flexibility when it comes to what we can offer and allows us to give you that unique sheet that is perfect just for you. We can go as large as 3000 x 1200mm in the Veneered Plywood, which we’ve found is large enough to cater to the overwhelming majority of requests.
However, what if you’re planning out a very specific or elaborate job that doesn’t fall within the rigid confined of a 2400 x 1200mm or 3000 x 1200mm sheet? Thankfully, we’ve thought ahead and got just the solution. One of the staple offerings on show at Plyco is our cut-to-size service. Our team of cutting gurus work hard each and every day to make each board into the perfect shape for its customer and this applies to our Plywood Veneers too. If you’re in need of cutting all you need to do is fill out our cut-to-size form with your details and we’ll take care of the rest. Cutting jobs generally take around five working days to complete, however, be aware that in times of particularly high requests this can take slightly longer.

So you’ve got your Veneered Plywood panel, but something is missing and you just can’t quite put your finger on it. Perhaps the finishing touch you need is some Veneered Edging? Our edging is available in every veneer that we carry, and they also come in a rather extensive selection of sizes. In the preglued option, you can choose between 50m x 22mm, 100m x 22mm, and 50m x 30mm rolls, while the unglued veneer rolls are either 100m x 22mm or 100m x 30mm.
